Who We Are
The Northeast Oklahoma Outboard Racing Association (NOORA) is an organization that promotes professional, outboard, hydroplane and runabout racing. We host the US Title Series and conduct a weekend racing regatta featuring open cockpit runabouts, hydroplanes and capsule hydroplanes. NOORA events offer something for everyone; whether you are a racing aficionado, professional outboard racer or novice observer.
Events and Activities
An outing at the lake has never been more fun! Friday, September 21 Saturday, September 22nd and Sunday, September 23rd, the US Title Series Green Country Championships comes to the Copan Cove on Copan Lake in Oklahoma! We feature a full line up of events and activities geared for the entire family to enjoy all weekend long! Kids’ bike race, chili cook-off, live music by Signal Twenty-Nine: We offer something for everyone! And don’t forget the fast-paced, adrenaline pumping racing!
